Our office for International Conference & Exhibition Services Pvt. Ltd is located at A-125 in Shakarpur, Delhi. Being in the 92 area of Delhi means we are right in a very crowded and active part of the city. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and the office reflects that. It’s filled with boxes of brochures, old badges, and rolls of floor plans from various exhibitions we’ve worked on. The work we do is pretty hands-on. Organizing conferences sounds fancy, but most of it is just making sure chairs show up and the electricity works. Our desks are usually a mess of sticky notes and phone numbers. We spend a lot of time coordinating with venues and exhibitors. Shakarpur is a busy place, so there’s always something happening right outside our window. Sometimes it’s hard to hear yourself think over the noise of the street, but that’s just Delhi for you. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished showroom. We just have a bunch of people who know how to put an event together from scratch. We work long hours, especially when an exhibition is about to start. It can be exhausting, but we just get through it one day at a time. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy address. We just stay focused on the tasks we have in front of us in our little corner of Shakarpur.
