Interactive Communication Services(I) Pvt Ldt

We are located over in Sangam Vihar, specifically at H-13/22. If you’ve ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know it’s a very lived-in, crowded area with a lot of energy. Our office is right in the middle of all that. We do communication services, which basically means we spend our whole day talking to people or typing out messages. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it’s sturdy and it’s where we do our best work. It gets pretty loud outside sometimes with the street noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Inside, it’s just a regular workspace. We have computers that are a few years old and chairs that might squeak a bit if you sit the wrong way. We don't use any of that corporate talk because it just doesn't feel right for a place like Sangam Vihar. We are just local workers doing our bit. There’s always a teapot going or someone bringing in snacks to share. It’s a very human way to work. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just know what we have to do when we show up in the morning. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes for a minute, but we just keep going. It’s a real place with real problems and real people. We don't need things to be perfect to get the job done right.
