You can find Interactive Communication Services India (P) Ltd. at K3/50 inside the VSNL Campus in Greater Kailash-1. It is a nice part of New Delhi to work in, though the campus itself feels a bit separate from the busy markets of GK-1. Our office is filled with the usual stuff you’d expect—computers, tangled cables, and desks that have probably been here since the company started. We handle a lot of communication tasks, so the phones are usually ringing or someone is on a conference call. It gets a bit noisy during the middle of the day. The lighting isn't the best, and some of the chairs are a bit squeaky, but we are used to it. We take our breaks in the campus area, which is a bit greener than the rest of the city. There isn't any fancy art on the walls, just a few calendars and whiteboards covered in scribbled notes and numbers. Most of the staff has been here for a long time, so there is a very relaxed, familiar vibe among us. We don't bother with professional dress codes unless there is a big meeting, which doesn't happen every day. It is just a regular office where we show up, do the work, and try to keep everything running smoothly. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we all complain about it together, but we eventually get things finished.
