We are sometimes referred to as a Tata concerned company, but our day-to-day life here is very down-to-earth. We deal with a lot of media and information tasks. The office is basically just a room full of people at their computers, working through their daily assignments. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic, but we’ve all gotten used to it. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us doing our work. Most of our time is spent checking facts, updating data, and making sure everything is correct. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing talk. We just show up and do what needs to be done. The people who work here are just regular folks from around Delhi. We take our tea breaks together and talk about our families or the weather. It’s a very honest and practical workplace. We don't try to make our business sound more complicated than it is. We just handle information and try to stay organized in the middle of the Shakarpur chaos. It’s a simple way of working, but it works for us.
