You can find us at 11-A 2Nd Floor, New Krishna Nagar. It’s right on Lane No.1 here in New Delhi Krishna India. We’re Indiatimes, The Times Of India Group. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, which is always busy. Krishna Nagar is a crowded area, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. We handle a lot of the digital and media stuff that comes through the group. It’s a fast environment. We have desks piled with notes and computers that never seem to turn off. The air conditioning sometimes struggles in the summer, but we make it work. Most of us take the metro or find some way through the narrow lanes to get here every morning. We don’t really do the whole corporate jargon thing internally. We just try to get the stories and the data out on time. It’s a lot of typing and checking facts. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big story breaking. The lane is narrow, so parking is always a bit of a headache for visitors. But we’ve been here long enough that we know the neighbors. It’s just how things are in this part of Delhi. We aren't about big speeches, we just keep the news moving forward. It’s a long day usually, but we get it done.
