India Exhibition Management

Our workspace is up on the third floor of S/594 in the School Block of Shakarpur. It's a busy part of New Delhi - 110092, and the streets around here are always full of people and small shops. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are just focused on organizing exhibitions and events. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls throughout the day. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few computers, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of floor plans spread out on the tables. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a magazine, but it works for us. We’ve been doing this for a while, and we know how to manage the chaos that comes with organizing big events. The stairs up to the office keep us fit, since there isn't always a working lift in these older buildings. We don't really bother with fancy titles or anything. Everyone just pitches in where they can to get the paperwork ready. Sometimes it gets stressful when a deadline is coming up, but we usually manage to get through it. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a group of people working out of a small office in Shakarpur. It’s honest work, and we like being part of this community. We keep things plain and simple, focusing on the tasks that need finishing.
