Our shop is over in Radhey Puri, right near Krishna Nagar in Delhi. The exact spot is C-44. If you come by, you’ll probably smell the ink and paper before you even see the sign. It’s a working print shop, so there is always a machine running somewhere in the background, making a lot of clicking and whirring noises. We handle all sorts of jobs, from small business cards to bigger posters and stacks of flyers. We aren't a huge factory, just a local place where we know how to fix the paper jams ourselves. The floors usually have a bit of scrap paper on them, and our hands are often stained with a bit of black or blue ink by the end of the shift. We’ve been at this location for a while and we know most of the other shop owners on the street. It’s not a quiet job, and it’s certainly not a clean one, but it’s what we do. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting lounge; you just walk in and talk to whoever is standing by the counter. We try to get things done when we say we will, though sometimes the machines have a mind of their own and we have to stay late to finish a batch. It’s just a normal part of running a print business in a busy area like Delhi-51.
