Highland Event Organisers

We are based at C 99, on the ground floor in South Extension 2. If you know where the Chroma showroom is, we are very close to that. South Ex is a busy place, and being on the ground floor makes it easy for us to move equipment in and out when we need to. We organize events, which basically means we spend our time making sure other people are doing their jobs. Our office isn't fancy at all. There are no expensive paintings or leather chairs, just some desks and a lot of folders. We’ve been at this address for a good number of years. We aren't trying to be the biggest event company in the city. We just want to do a decent job for the people who hire us. Dealing with traffic in South Extension is a daily struggle, but we manage. Most of our mornings are spent on the phone, and in the afternoons we are usually out at different sites. We don't use any marketing fluff when we talk to clients. We just tell them what is realistic and what isn't. It’s a very hands-on job. We’ve seen all sorts of things happen at events, so we don’t get surprised easily anymore. We just keep our heads down and focus on the task at hand. It’s a simple, honest way to work, and it seems to suit us just fine here. We just keep the wheels turning day by day.
