Heera Band

We are located right on the first floor of Shop No-4 on the main road in Sector 66. If you know where the Genpact building is in Noida, then you are basically already here. Our shop is usually filled with the sound of someone practicing the trumpet or the drums. It’s not the quietest place to work, but a band isn't supposed to be quiet. We have uniforms hanging up all along the walls and instruments in their cases stacked on the floor. It’s a bit cramped, especially when the whole group is here for a rehearsal. We’ve been part of Noida’s celebrations for a long time now. Whether it’s a wedding procession or a local festival, we are usually the ones making the music in the street. The traffic on the main road outside is always crawling, so we see a lot of people looking up at our sign while they are stuck in their cars. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on keeping our instruments clean and our tunes sharp. Sometimes the heat in the shop gets a bit much during the summer, but we keep the fans going and keep working. It’s a simple business. We take bookings, we practice, and we show up where we are told to be. It’s a good way to make a living and we like being part of the local scene. There is always someone coming in to ask about rates or dates.
