Headon Events Management is based out of a flat in Khirki Village, Malviya Nagar. It’s House No 107 A, Flat Number 3. If you’ve ever been to Khirki, you know the lanes are narrow and it can be a bit of a maze. Our place is usually packed with event gear—speakers, lights, and banners tucked into every corner. It’s not a big corporate space at all. It’s more like a workshop where we plan things out. Usually, there’s someone coming or going with a delivery. We’ve been in this part of New Delhi for years. It’s a busy area with a lot of character. We don't really have a fancy meeting room. If we need to talk, we just pull up a chair around the main table. The light in the flat isn't the best, so we have a few lamps going. We handle all sorts of events, but the work behind the scenes is mostly just us on our laptops and phones. It gets pretty frantic when a big event is coming up. We might be up late checking lists and making sure we didn't forget the tape. We’re just a small crew trying to make things happen. We don't use big fancy titles for ourselves. We just do whatever needs doing to get the job finished. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how it is when you’re actually working. We always have extra batteries somewhere.
