We are located at 48/F, Pocket B-5 in the DDA Flats over in Mayur Vihar Phase-3. It is a pretty standard setup here for Hcl Technologies Ltd Bpo Services. New Delhi is always moving fast, and this neighborhood is no different. Most of us get here pretty early before the heat really kicks in. The DDA flats are easy enough to spot once you get into Pocket B-5. We spend a lot of time on the computers and the phones, which is just the nature of BPO work. It is not always exciting, but it is what we do. The office has seen a lot of people come and go over the months. We have a small kettle for making coffee when things get a bit sluggish in the afternoon. Mayur Vihar Phase-3 has plenty of little stalls nearby if you need a quick snack during a break. We do not really do the whole polished corporate thing even though the name sounds big. It is mostly just a group of us sitting at our desks and getting through the tasks assigned for the day. Sometimes the power goes out for a minute and we all just sit there waiting for the backup to kick in. That is just life in Delhi. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is a practical space for practical work. We just keep our heads down and finish what needs finishing.
