We are over here in Anand Vihar, right on Vikas Marg. It’s a busy spot in Delhi, and most of us spend a good chunk of the morning just getting through the traffic to reach D-260. The office is pretty much what you’d expect for a BPO setup. We’ve got rows of desks, plenty of computers, and the constant hum of the air conditioning trying to keep up with the heat outside. We handle a lot of back-office stuff and technical support for Hcl Technologies Bpo Services Limited. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. Some of the chairs are a bit old, and we usually have a few empty chai cups sitting around by noon. We’ve been at this address for a while now, so we know the local food stalls and where to find a decent sandwich when things get hectic. Most of us live nearby or commute from other parts of East Delhi. The work is steady, sometimes repetitive, but it keeps the lights on. We don't really do the whole corporate speech thing here. It’s more about checking the tickets, answering the queries, and making sure the data is entered right before the shift ends. It gets pretty loud during the peak hours when everyone is on a call at the same time, but you get used to the noise after a few days of working here.
