Hari Om Media Services is based out of Sarita Vihar in New Delhi. It’s a nice enough area to work in, though it gets quite crowded and busy like most parts of the city. We don't have a giant office with a view or anything special like that. It’s more of a functional, basic space where we can get our media work done without distractions. We’ve got our computers and some editing gear tucked into the corners of the room. Most of the time, the place looks like a bit of a mess with cables, notebooks, and empty cups lying around on the desks. We aren't really interested in looking like a big-shot agency or a corporate firm. We’re just a group of people who know how to handle media tasks and get them finished on time. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and other times it’s a bit quieter and we can leave early. We usually get our lunch from the local food stalls nearby, which are actually quite good. The office is pretty simple, just some desks and chairs and a cupboard for all our supplies and files. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a script. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they know someone who has worked with us before. It’s a very informal atmosphere here. We dress comfortably and just focus on the work. Sarita Vihar has everything we need close by, so it’s a convenient spot for us to keep our operations going.
