Hansa Events & Activation, Part Rk Swamy Bbdo

You can find us at the ground floor spot near Deshbandhu College in Kalkaji. We have been here for a while. Being part of the RK Swamy BBDO group means we keep busy with events and activation projects around Delhi. It's a regular office setup, nothing too fancy really. People usually find us easily because we're right across from the college. We handle the logistics and the hands-on stuff that goes into making an event happen. Sometimes it's messy and the hours are long, but that's just how this kind of work goes. We've got a small team here in Kalkaji managing things day to day. It’s mostly about getting the details right so the client doesn't have to worry about the small things. We aren't big on flashy presentations for ourselves; we just focus on the task at hand. If you're walking around the 14/13 block, you'll see our sign. It's a practical space where we store gear and meet up to plan out the next job. We try to keep things simple and honest. The traffic around here can be a bit of a headache during college hours, but we make it work. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out at sites, making sure things are moving along like they should. It’s not always pretty, but we get it done. It's just what we do.
