H K Batra Associates

This office for H K Batra Associates is situated at 36 Sawan Park Extension, which is in Ashok Vihar Phase II. It is a decent residential area that has grown quite a bit recently. Our place is tucked away a little bit, so it is not as loud as the main roads in New Delhi 52. We have a simple setup here. It is mostly just a few rooms filled with books and folders. We spend our days going through things and making sure everything is in order. It isn't a very large team, so we all know each other well and know how the work gets done. People from around the neighborhood sometimes drop by just to ask a question or drop off some papers. We don't have any flashy signs or a big reception desk. It’s more of a functional space. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it hasn't been a priority since we are always so busy with the actual work. We like being in Ashok Vihar because it feels a bit more like a community than some of the other commercial hubs. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. There isn't any secret to it. We just show up every morning and get through the list of things to do. It is a steady way to spend the day.
