Group M (Maxus)

You can find us at 225-A in the MIG DDA Flats over in Rajouri Garden. This is where we handle the Group M (Maxus) work. It’s a bit unusual for a media group to be in a residential flat area, but it works for us. It keeps things grounded. New Delhi 110027 is a lively place with markets and people everywhere. Our office is basically a converted flat, so it has a bit of a homey feel, even with all the computers. We don't have a big corporate lobby. You just come up and ring the bell. Inside, it’s mostly just desks crammed into the rooms. It can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We’ve been here long enough that the guards at the gate know us all by name. We deal with a lot of data and planning, but we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. There’s no dress code or anything like that. Just show up and do your bit. Sometimes we have lunch together in the small kitchen area. It’s a tight-knit group. Working in a DDA flat means we don't have the fancy amenities of a business park, but we prefer the local vibe. The Rajouri Garden market is right nearby, which is handy for quick errands. We’re just a bunch of regular people working in a regular neighborhood, trying to keep the wheels turning day in and day out.
