So, we are based out of Sant Nagar, right there in East of Kailash. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded with all the shops and people moving around. We’re up on the third floor at 264A. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting slow, which happens sometimes. We handle customer services from here, mostly just sitting at our desks with headsets on. It’s not the most glamorous job in New Delhi, but it keeps us busy. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and computers and a small area for tea breaks. We’ve been in this building for a bit now. Sometimes the noise from the street downstairs comes up through the windows, especially during the busy market hours. We try to keep things moving along for the people who call us. It’s a lot of talking and trying to figure out problems. We aren't some giant tech giant with a campus; we’re just a small team in a crowded neighborhood trying to stay on top of things. Most of us live nearby or take the bus to get here. We know the local tea stall guy pretty well. It’s just a regular workday for us, dealing with whatever issues come through the phone lines or the computer. We just try to be helpful and get through the pile of work before the day ends. It’s a simple way of living for us.
