Our place, Gotocustomer Services Pvt Ltd, is situated in B-89A, which is part of the MIG Flats in Rajat Vihar. This is over in Sector-62, Noida. Working out of an MIG flat gives the office a very lived-in feeling. It’s not a shiny tech park office, but it works for what we do. We have turned the different rooms of the flat into workstations. The balcony is probably the best part, even if it just looks out over other flats and some trees. Sector-62 is a pretty busy part of Noida, so there are always people moving around and plenty of places nearby to grab a quick lunch. The parking in Rajat Vihar can be a bit of a scramble, especially on Monday mornings when everyone is coming back to work. Inside the office, things are pretty casual. We don't have uniform rules or anything like that. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is a mix of different styles we’ve picked up over time. It’s a practical environment where the focus is just on the daily service tasks. We’ve been in this Noida spot for a while now and the neighbors are used to us coming and going. It’s a straightforward setup without any of the extra fluff you find in bigger companies. We just come in, do our bit, and go home to our families in the evening.
