You can find us at A-22 Raju Park in Khanpur. Gotocustomer Services India Private Limited is basically what the name says. We deal with customers and try to solve the issues they run into. Khanpur is a crowded area, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. It’s not the quietest office, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve got a handful of people here who answer phones and reply to messages all day. Sometimes the callers are frustrated, and we just have to listen and help them out as best as we can. We aren't a massive call center with hundreds of desks. It’s a more modest setup. We have our desks, our computers, and a small space for lunch. We talk a lot about how to explain things simply so people don't get more confused. Raju Park is a familiar neighborhood for most of us. We walk to the local stalls for snacks in the afternoon. The work can be a bit repetitive, honestly, but it’s important for the people who need help. We don’t put on airs here. We just show up, put on the headsets, and get to work.
