Our office is on the second floor of House No-16 in Samaspur, which is part of Pandav Nagar in Delhi. It’s a busy neighborhood and finding a parking spot can be a real challenge some mornings. Goto Customer Services is basically what the name says. We handle customer service tasks for various folks. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always full of activity. The office is a bit lived-in, with mismatched chairs and plenty of coffee mugs sitting around. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a high-end setup. We just need our phones and computers to work so we can do our jobs. Pandav Nagar has a lot of energy, and we’re just one small part of it. Most of us take the metro or buses to get here. It’s a tight-knit group of people working in this space. We don't have a big HR department or a list of corporate values on the wall. We just show up, talk to customers, and try to solve the problems that come our way. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, but that’s just part of working in this part of Delhi. We just get back to it as soon as we can. It's a plain office for a plain job. We keep it simple and focus on the daily calls.
