G-Next Media Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Lakkar Mandi, specifically in Ward No.16. We operate out of a space that belongs to Harnek Singh. It’s a lively neighborhood, especially being so close to the timber market area. You can usually hear the sounds of the town and the trucks from the windows throughout the day. We aren't some high-tech media hub with a million-dollar studio or soundproof walls. It’s mostly just us with our equipment and a lot of coffee to keep us going. The office is pretty basic and functional. We’ve got some chairs that have seen better days and desks that are almost always piled high with papers and notes. Being in Lakkar Mandi means there's always activity around and something to look at. We know the local guys who work nearby and we know exactly where to get the best snacks in the afternoon when we need a break. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the office when everyone is trying to finish their projects at the same time. We don't really have a receptionist or a proper waiting room for visitors. If you come by, someone will just look up from their desk and ask how they can help you out. It’s a very hands-on way to work, and we prefer it that way. We handle the media stuff day by day, dealing with whatever comes up. It’s hard work and the hours can get long when things are busy, but we’ve got a good rhythm going together. We don’t bother with corporate talk.
