Global Events And Expositions

We are right by Hera Sweets in Laxminagar, New Delhi. Our office is in Jain House. It’s a very crowded area but it’s where we do all our work for exhibitions and events. Being in Laxmi Nagar means things are always moving fast and there is always noise from the street. We handle the planning for expositions, which involves a lot of coordinating with different stalls and venues across the city. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure the layouts are right before the day of the event. We aren't a corporate giant, just a small team that knows how to put together a show. Most of the time we are busy with phone calls or visiting sites to check on the physical setups. The office is our home base where we figure out the schedules and deal with the billing. People in the area know the building well because of the sweet shop nearby. We’ve been around for a few years now and have seen a lot of events come and go. We don't use fancy marketing talk to describe what we do here. It’s just manual work, planning, and making sure everyone has what they need for their display. Sometimes it’s stressful when a big deadline is coming up, but that’s just part of the job. We take it one event at a time and try not to get overwhelmed. It’s a lot of back and forth with clients and various suppliers. We like being in this part of Delhi.
