Global Events & Expositions

We operate out of Vasant Kunj in New Delhi. It’s an area that’s always moving, and we try to keep up with that pace. Most of our time is spent dealing with expositions and events, which means a lot of shipping crates and floor plans. Our office is often filled with samples and brochures from different trade shows. It’s not the cleanest place in the world because we are always in the middle of preparing for the next big thing. We don't have a fancy philosophy about why we do this. We just enjoy the work and the people we meet. Planning these things involves a lot of phone calls to vendors and checking on booth sizes. It’s a lot of tiny details that have to be right, or else the whole thing looks off. Vasant Kunj is a good base for us, even if the commute can be a headache sometimes. We just show up and start working through the list of tasks. We aren't a corporate giant, just a group of people who know their way around an exhibition hall. Sometimes we are working through the night to get a setup finished on time. It’s just the nature of the business. We don't use marketing slogans to describe ourselves. We are just here doing the work every day and making sure the events happen as planned. That’s the reality of Global Events & Expositions.
