Our spot is at 2/18 Bekaner Housins Qtr. It’s right across from the UPSC building, so we’re pretty close to India Gate. It’s a nice enough area of New Delhi, even if the traffic can be a total nightmare during the peak hours of the day. We do a lot of trading and service work here. It’s mostly paperwork, emails, and phone calls, trying to get goods from one place to another. The office isn't very large at all, but we make it work with what we have. We have a few desks squeezed in together and a lot of old files piled up in the corners. It’s a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to checking invoices. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the clock on the wall. We've seen a lot of changes in the city from our window over the years. Being near India Gate means there’s always something happening outside, like rallies, parades, or just lots of tourists. We just try to keep our heads down and get the shipments sorted out. It’s not always easy dealing with all the regulations and the shipping delays that happen. We get frustrated like anyone else when things don't go as planned. But we’ve been doing this for a while now. We’re just a bunch of folks trying to make a living in the middle of the capital. It’s a lot of coordination and hoping the trucks arrive on time.
