G4S Facility Services (I) Pvt Ltd, New Delhi

We've been operating G4S Facility Services out of Katwaria Sarai for a while now. The office is tucked away in Flat 2C, right near Ranvir Singh’s place. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, but we manage. We handle a lot of the day-to-day facility stuff that people usually don't want to deal with themselves. Most of the time, we are just keeping things running smoothly. It's not glamorous work, but it needs doing. Our team shows up, gets the job done, and heads home. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some days it's quiet, other days the traffic out front is a mess. We just focus on the tasks at hand. People around here know where to find us if there’s an issue with their building or services. We aren't a big flashy firm with a glass building; we're just here in this apartment block. It works for us. We keep our tools and paperwork organized as best as we can. If you walk past Katwaria Sarai, you might see us coming and going. We try to be helpful and just get through the work list. It's basically about keeping the lights on and the places clean. We don't talk much about strategy or big goals, we just look at what needs fixing today and we go do it. That’s how we’ve always done it here in New Delhi.
