Being over here in Mukherjee Nagar at N-35, you really get used to the noise and the energy of all the students. This part of Delhi never really sleeps, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is just a regular building, nothing like those glass towers. We spend most of our time dealing with media stuff, which basically means a lot of phone calls and sitting in front of screens. It gets cramped when we have a few people over, but we make do with the chairs we have. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just sit around and wait for the backup to kick in. It’s just how things are here. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to get the work done and sent out to the clients on time. The tea stall downstairs is where most of our meetings happen anyway. It's easier than trying to be formal in a small room. Most of us have been working together for a bit, so we know each other's habits. My desk is usually covered in papers and old coffee mugs. It’s a bit messy, but I know where everything is. We are just tucked away in one of those spots, doing our media work and trying to beat the deadlines. It's nothing fancy, just us.
