Our office is in Kalyan Puri, over at House Number 303 in Block 15. It is a regular residential house in a busy part of Delhi, so it doesn't feel like a typical workplace. We do a lot of work with exhibitions and promotions, which means the place is often packed with all sorts of materials. You might see banners leaning against the walls or boxes of flyers stacked up in the corner. Since we are a small team, everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We are usually out on the road visiting different event sites, but when we are here, it’s a lot of phone calls and planning on the computer. Delhi can be very hot, and our little office gets pretty warm in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and carry on. We aren't some big firm with a fancy glass building. We started here and we like the local feel of the neighborhood. There is always a lot of activity on the street outside, with kids playing and people going about their business. It keeps us grounded. We don't have fancy titles or formal meetings; we just sit around the table and figure out what needs to be done for the next show. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of equipment, but we make it work. It’s just a normal day for us here.
