Fork N Spoon

You can find Fork N Spoon at Khasra Number 1273 in the Deep Plaza building. We are up on the first floor. This part of Kapashera is right on the main road that connects Delhi and Gurgaon, so there is always a lot of noise and trucks passing by. Our setup here is mostly about the kitchen and getting food orders organized. We aren't a fancy sit-down restaurant with waiters in suits. It’s more of a practical space where the cooking and packing happen. Deep Plaza is a busy building and we’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us well. The kitchen gets hot, especially in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and stay on top of the orders. We do a lot of catering and bulk food prep for people around the area. It’s hard work and the hours can be pretty long, especially when there are big morning deliveries to get out. We use simple ingredients and try to keep things tasting like home cooking. There isn't much of a lobby, just the workspace and where we load the vans. If you're driving down the main Kapashera road, you'll see the plaza easily. We just try to make sure the food is ready on time and tastes fine. That’s pretty much the whole story of what we do here every day.
