Fernsnpetals

Our Fernsnpetals shop is over in Sector 57 of Gurgaon, quite near the Holland Market. It is a busy little spot where we spend our mornings dealing with fresh flower deliveries and plants. The smell inside the shop is usually quite strong, mostly from the roses and lilies we keep in the back. We have a lot of vases and ribbons lying around because there is always an order being put together. Sometimes the air conditioning has to be kept really cold to make sure the flowers don't wilt in the Gurgaon heat. We have a few delivery guys who are always coming and going on their bikes. It is a bit of a rush during holidays or Valentine’s Day, and we often stay late to finish up the bouquets. We don't really have a big fancy setup, just some shelves for the plants and a counter where we wrap everything up. Sometimes we get messy with the water and the leaves on the floor, but we clean it up when we can. Most people just walk in from the nearby residential areas to pick up a gift or some flowers for their home. We are just a small team trying to keep the plants healthy and making sure the gifts get sent out to the right addresses on time every day. It is hard work, but we are used to it by now.
