Falcon E Services is over in Dilshad Garden, specifically at 86 B, Pocket I. If you know Delhi, you know Dilshad Garden is a busy residential spot with lots of little pockets like ours. We have a small setup here where we handle various electronic services and online work. It’s a ground-floor type of operation where neighbors walk by and sometimes pop their heads in. The office isn't very big, so we have to be organized with our paperwork and computers. It’s mostly just a couple of us handling the daily requests that come in. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the front desk. The street outside can get pretty noisy with the local market nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We do a lot of data work and helping people with their online forms or digital needs. It’s practical, honest work that keeps us busy from morning till evening. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, but that’s just part of living and working in this part of Delhi. We like being here because it’s close to home for most of us and we know the people in the area. It feels like we are part of the community here in Pocket I.
