Exchange4Media Group is based over in Sector 22B of Gurgaon. Our office is at number 1018. It is a pretty standard spot in a neighborhood that is always buzzing with activity and noise. We have been here for quite some time now, and we have seen how Gurgaon has grown up around us. We are not a flashy corporate office with glass elevators or anything like that. We are just a group of people who are really into the media world. Our space is filled with computers, stacks of magazines, and people talking. It can get a bit loud, especially when there is a big story or an event coming up, but that is just how we like it. We do not try to sound like a massive corporation. We are just a local team doing our thing every day. We do not have a list of fancy values on the wall; we just try to be fair and do good work. Some days we are just trying to get through the inbox, and other days it feels like we are in the middle of everything. We like being in Sector 22B because it has got a bit of a local feel to it, despite being in a big city like Gurgaon. If you drop by 1018, you will see we are just regular folks. We drink a lot of chai and spend a lot of time looking at screens. It is not a perfect setup, but it is ours and it works for us.
