Evolve Events

We are based in the Andhra Bank building in Palam Vihar, right across from the H-Block market. It’s a convenient spot in Gurgaon because the market is always active and has everything we might need during the day. Evolve Events is basically run from this small office on the U/2 level. If you’ve ever tried to plan a party or a wedding, you know it’s mostly just making long lists and calling people back a hundred times. That’s what our days look like here. The office is usually filled with samples, fabric swatches, or just stacks of paper. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know exactly where everything is. Being in Gurgaon means everything moves fast, and we try our best to keep up. Sometimes we’re out on-site more than we’re actually sitting in the office. The building is a bit older, but it works for us. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a social media person. We just talk to people and do the work. It’s a lot of long hours and late nights, especially when a big event is coming up. We drink a lot of chai from the guy downstairs. Most of our furniture is second-hand or just stuff we’ve picked up over time. It feels like home after a while. If you come by, you might have to move a box to find a seat. That’s just the nature of event planning.
