Event Orgenizer

We are based right inside the Naina Banquet Hall area over in Surajpur. It is a busy part of Greater Noida, especially being so close to the Surajpur Police Chowki. You can usually hear the sirens or the traffic hum from our desk most afternoons. We have been working out of this spot for a while now, just handling things as they come. It is not a very big operation, just a few of us making sure everything gets sorted for the events people book here. Sometimes the hall gets really crowded during the peak season, and we end up staying late to move chairs or check on the lighting. Our office is pretty basic, nothing fancy to look at, just some desks, old files, and a lot of chargers for our phones. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure the decorators show up when they say they will. It is a lot of back-and-forth work. Surajpur is a bit dusty this time of year, but we are used to it by now. We do not really have a big corporate story or anything like that. We just started doing this because we lived nearby and knew the area well. It is a lot of manual labor and phone calls, honestly. We try to keep things organized but on busy days, the desk gets covered in scraps of paper and half-empty tea cups. That is just how it goes here.
