Event Managing At School

Our office is tucked away on the first floor in Amar Colony, specifically at E-248. Lajpat Nagar 4 is a busy place, but we like the energy here. We mainly focus on managing events for schools. It’s a bit of a niche, but there’s always something happening with local schools needing help with their functions or sports days. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us who know how to organize things so teachers and parents can actually enjoy the event. The office is usually piled with papers and boxes of supplies. We spend a lot of time visiting different campuses across Delhi to see where things will be set up. Working with schools means we have to be practical and mindful of budgets. We don’t do the whole high-end corporate gala thing; we’re more about school plays, annual days, and competitions. Sometimes the kids make things chaotic, but that’s the fun part of the job. If you’re looking for our place, just head to Amar Colony and look for the E block. We’re usually around unless we’re out at a site meeting. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it from this spot for a bit now. We just try to be helpful and get the job done right without making a big deal out of it. It works for us.
