Event Manager

We’re located at P-96 in the South Extension II area of New Delhi. If you’ve spent any time in Delhi, you know that South Ex is always buzzing with people and cars. Our office is tucked into the mix, and it’s where we do all the heavy lifting of planning and organizing. It’s not a large space, just enough room for our desks and a whole lot of files. We have stacks of paper everywhere and the printer always seems to be running out of ink at the wrong time. Our days are mostly spent on the phone, trying to track down vendors or checking if the tents have arrived on time. The noise from the street is something you just get used to after a week. We don't have a receptionist or a coffee machine that makes fancy drinks. We usually just send someone out to the corner for a tray of tea. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We spend as much time out at the sites as we do in the office. The 110049 postcode is a good one to be in because it's central, but the parking is a nightmare for us every single day. We are just a group of people who know how to get things moved from one place to another without too much fuss. It's not a polished corporate life, just a lot of logistics and hoping the weather stays clear for the weekend.
