Eternity Placement Services Pvt. Ltd. is located at House No. 78 in Packet I, Ase-Ii. This is in Sector-14 of Dwarka in New Delhi. It is more of a residential-style building that we use for our office. Being in Dwarka means it is a bit more organized than the older parts of the city but it still gets busy. We spend our days looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for jobs. The office is basically a few rooms filled with desks and computers. There are always people coming in for interviews or to drop off their papers. We have a lot of filing cabinets because there is so much paperwork involved in recruitment. The phone rings a lot and there is usually a lot of chatter in the background. We try to keep things simple and just talk to people honestly about what is available. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main roads but you still hear the usual Delhi sounds of cars and vendors. We have a small area where people can sit while they wait. It is a practical space and we don’t spend much on making it look fancy. We are mostly focused on the computers and the phone calls that come in throughout the day. The staff here is small and we all know each other well. It is just a regular day of matching people with work and keeping the records straight in our system.
