If you go to D-8 in the Cpwd Colony at Vasant Vihar, that’s where you’ll find our office. We are the Essel Group branch located here in New Delhi 110057. Vasant Vihar is a well-known area, but the Cpwd Colony has its own quiet feel compared to the busier parts of the city. Our building isn't anything spectacular to look at from the outside. It’s a functional space where we handle various corporate tasks and paperwork. Inside, it looks like any other office you’ve been in, with desks, chairs, and maybe a few too many filing cabinets against the walls. We aren't here to impress people with fancy decor or expensive furniture. We just focus on the work that needs to be finished by the end of the day. Some days are much busier than others, especially when we have meetings or deadlines coming up fast. The colony is a decent place to be based, even if parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes for the staff. We’ve been at this address long enough that it feels like home to most of us. We aren't trying to be something we're not; we're just a group of people working together in this part of Delhi. It’s a steady environment where we try to stay productive. There is a lot of history with the Essel name, but for us, it’s mostly about the daily tasks and getting through the to-do list before the day finally ends and we go home.
