Down at 12/1 in Tilak Nagar, you’ll find our office. Envision Conferences & Events Pvt. Ltd. has been running out of this New Delhi 110018 address for a good bit now. Event planning sounds like it might be all parties, but mostly it’s just us on the phone, arguing with vendors or trying to find where a shipment of banners went. The office is a bit cluttered with leftover boxes from old events and stacks of clipboards. It’s a real working space, not a showroom. Tilak Nagar is a busy area, so getting in and out can be a chore, but we like being where the action is. We don’t have a lot of corporate polish here. We talk to each other across the room and usually have the radio playing in the background. It’s a lot of logistical stuff—checking lists, making sure dates don't clash, and hoping the weather stays clear for whatever outdoor thing we’re helping with. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just make sure things show up on time and the chairs are in the right place. It’s tired work sometimes, especially after a long weekend of events, but we come back in on Monday and start all over again. It’s just a group of us here trying to keep everything organized and moving forward, one event at a time. It’s not always easy, but we just keep at it.
