Encon

Encon is based out in Rangpuri, at 711 A in Pace City - II, Sector 37. It’s more of an industrial area, so it isn't exactly a place where people just wander in off the street. We do our work here and mostly deal with other businesses or contractors. The building is a standard industrial unit. We’ve got some machinery and a bit of office space for the paperwork. Most of the day is spent on the floor making sure things are being built or assembled correctly. It can get pretty noisy when everything is running. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Sector 37 is a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where the space is. The atmosphere is pretty quiet except for the work sounds. We have a small team and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. There’s no dress code really, just whatever is practical for working around equipment. We've been at this for a while and the routine is pretty set. We get the orders in, we do the work, and we get the items shipped out. It’s not a complicated way to run things, but it works for us. We keep our coffee machine going and just get through the task list every day. It’s a solid place to work without too much fuss. No one here is trying to impress anyone, we just want to get the jobs finished right.
