Encircle Events

Encircle Events is tucked away in Nizamuddin West, right at B-21. It’s a quiet enough spot in New Delhi, and we’ve been operating from here for some time now. We handle different kinds of events, mostly just organizing things and making sure everything is where it needs to be on the day. It’s a lot of phone calls and long lists, to be honest. Our office isn’t anything fancy, just a place to keep our equipment and meet with vendors when they come by. Sometimes we’re out on-site more than we are in the office, but this is where we plan it all out. Planning events can be a bit chaotic, so having a steady base in Nizamuddin helps us keep things grounded. We don’t really use a lot of big words or flashy presentations. We just talk to people and find out what they need for their function. It might be a small gathering or something a bit larger, but the work is pretty much the same. You have to pay attention to the small things so they do not go wrong later. It’s a lot of manual work sometimes, moving boxes or checking schedules over and over. We enjoy being in this part of the city. There’s a lot of history nearby and it feels like a real neighborhood. We just keep our heads down and do the job as best as we can. It is not always perfect, but we put the effort in.
