Dlf Services Ltd

Our office is at 3A Jeevan Jyoti Complex in Madanpur Khadar. It is a New Delhi address, though it feels a bit tucked away from the main roads. Dlf Services is basically a group of us who handle the day-to-day upkeep and management things. The complex itself is okay, nothing too fancy or modern. We have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of logbooks. People come to us with complaints about leaks or bills or security issues. We listen and then try to send someone out to fix it. It is a lot of coordinating between different workers and the people living here. Madanpur Khadar can be a bit chaotic at times, so managing services here takes some patience. We spend a lot of time on the phone. The office is usually a bit cramped because we have files dating back quite a few years. We do not have a fancy website or a big PR department. If there is a problem, we just deal with it. The staff knows the neighborhood very well. We have seen the buildings age and we try to keep things running as best as we can with what we have. It is not a glamorous job. Some days are just spent filling out forms or talking to contractors who are running late. We just keep the doors open and try to be helpful to whoever walks in. (248 words)
