Diversified Group (Retail,. Multiplexes, Foodcourts, Realty)

The name is Diversified Group, which sounds a bit big, but we are just working out of B 5B, an Mig Flat in Mayapuri, New Delhi. It's an interesting mix because we handle stuff in retail, multiplexes, foodcourts, and even some realty. It’s a lot to keep track of from a flat, but we manage somehow. Mayapuri is a practical place to be based. It’s 110064 for those who need the pin code. We have different files for different things—one day it’s about a food court layout and the next it’s a property matter. Since we cover so many areas, the phone rings quite a bit. It’s not a quiet library atmosphere here. It’s more of a place where things are constantly moving. Being in an Mig flat means we don't have those massive lobbies or security guards checking your ID three times. You just come to the door and knock. We keep it simple. Some people might find it odd that a group doing all these different things is based here, but it works for us. We save on the fancy stuff and just focus on the actual business. The space is a bit tight with all the documents and maps we have for the realty side of things, but we know where everything is. It’s a real working environment, nothing polished about it. We just do the work that needs doing across all these different sectors and keep moving.
