Direxion Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

We are based out of Rajoukri in New Delhi. It is a bit of a different pace out here compared to the very center of the city, which we actually prefer. Direxion Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend our days, mostly huddled around computer screens or talking through different ideas. We do not have a giant sign out front or a fancy entrance for visitors. To be honest, it is just a normal place where work happens. We handle marketing stuff for people, but we do not really use those weird buzzwords ourselves. It is more about figuring out what works and what does not for the people we are helping. Some afternoons get pretty quiet, while others are a total mess of deadlines and ringing phones. We have a small kitchen area where we take our breaks and occasionally complain about the traffic on the way in. It is a very human environment to work in. We make mistakes sometimes, then we fix them and move on to the next thing. Rajoukri is a decent spot for us because it is a bit tucked away but people can still find us. We do not go in for those long-winded mission statements that nobody actually reads. We just show up every morning, do the work, and try to do it right. Our desks are usually covered in notes and old tea mugs.
