Working out of the MCD Market in Subzi Mandi means things are always moving. Dev Paper Product takes up units 47, 48, and 49. It’s a bit of a sprawl because paper takes up a lot of room. You wouldn't think it, but stacks of sheets and bags get heavy fast. The market itself is always loud with the vegetable sellers nearby, so there’s a lot of energy around. We spend a lot of time just organizing the stock. It’s easy for things to get messy when you’re busy, so we try our best to keep the different types of paper separated. We handle bags, rolls, and all that kind of stuff. Some days the dust from the paper gets everywhere, and you spend half the time sneezing. It’s just the nature of the business. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. If someone asks for a specific weight of paper, we usually know exactly which pile it’s in. It’s not a polished showroom. It’s a working space with piles reaching the ceiling. The floor is concrete and has a few cracks from the heavy pallets, but it holds up. We’ve been in these units for years. It’s a practical life, making sure local shops have the packaging they need. We just focus on the orders and getting them out the door.
