Our place is right there in Rohtash Nagar West, specifically on the first floor at 1526. If you know where the ICICI Bank is, you’ve basically found us since we are right above it. It’s a busy part of Delhi, and the street outside is always full of life and noise. We aren’t one of those high-end, shiny corporate gyms you see in the mall. This is more of a local spot where people from the neighborhood come to get their daily exercise in. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, but it’s good for a warm-up. Inside, we have the usual stuff like weights and machines. It gets pretty packed in the evenings after everyone gets off work, which makes for a good atmosphere even if it’s a bit sweaty. We spend a lot of time just keeping the equipment in good shape and making sure everything is tidy for the next person. It’s mostly just people trying to stay fit without any of the fancy drama. We have been here for a while and most of the regulars are just like neighbors to us now. It’s a simple setup, nothing too complicated, just a place to put in the work and then head back home. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, but that’s just how it goes here. We just keep things running day by day.
