About Design Forum International – Architect, Interior & Structural Design in Delhi
We've been at Sant Nagar for a while now. The office is at number 322. It gets pretty busy around here, especially in the mornings when everyone is getting to work. Most days it’s just us sitting around the tables with drawings spread out everywhere. We do design stuff, mostly figuring out how buildings should look and work. It's a lot of back and forth, really. Someone asks for something, we draw it, then we change it three times. That’s just how it goes in this line of work. There are a few of us here, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. We usually just stick to our projects and try to get things done by the end of the week. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and that's the highlight of the afternoon. We aren't a huge place, just a regular office where people show up, drink too much coffee, and stare at screens. If you walk past 322, you might see us through the window or just hear the printer going. We don't have fancy signs or anything like that. It’s just a place where we do our jobs and try to stay organized, even if the desk piles get a bit high. It’s quiet enough to focus but loud enough to know you’re in Delhi. We handle the paperwork, the sketches, and the phone calls that never seem to stop. It’s simple, really. We just work here and make things happen on paper before they get built. It's fine.
