Dashmesh Decorators is based in West Patel Nagar, specifically at I 33. If you’re looking for us, we’re right near Metro Pillar Number 222. That pillar is a good landmark because the streets can get a bit confusing around here. We handle all kinds of decorating work for houses and events. Our storage area is usually packed with tents, chairs, lights, and all the other stuff we need for jobs. It’s a lot of physical work, loading and unloading trucks at all hours. We’ve been doing this in Delhi for quite a while now. The neighborhood is busy and there’s always a lot of noise from the metro and the traffic, but we’re used to it. We aren't some fancy design firm with a glass office. We’re just regular people who know how to set things up and make a space look different. Sometimes things break or we run into delays because of the traffic, but we always get the job done eventually. We don't spend much time on the computer; we’re usually out on a site or checking our inventory. People in the area know us, and we get most of our work through word of mouth. It’s a practical business and we keep things pretty straightforward with everyone who comes in. We just show up, set everything up, and then pack it all back into the warehouse when the event is over. That's the way it's been for years.
