Creativ Events And Films is based right here at 99 Baldev Park, just off Parwana Road in Delhi. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded around here, especially during peak hours. Our space is pretty lived-in. We have gear bags sitting around and posters from things we worked on years ago that we never bothered to take down. Doing events and films means our schedule is never really the same from one week to the next. One day we are all out on a site and the next we are just sitting here in the office trying to make sense of a budget or a script. It’s a lot of coordination and hoping everything clicks into place. We aren't really the type for big mission statements or anything polished like that. We just do the work. There’s usually someone drinking a cold soda and staring at a monitor for way too long. Parwana Road has its own character and I think we’ve picked up some of that ourselves. We’ve had some long nights here when a film edit is due or an event is happening the next morning. It’s not always easy, and sometimes things get a bit chaotic in the office, but that’s just the nature of what we do. We like being in this part of Delhi because it feels real and a bit gritty, just like our daily routine. There is always a stray cable somewhere on the floor.
