Crayon Events And Entertainment

Our office is over in C Block of Vasant Vihar, at 4/6 to be exact. It’s a nice enough part of New Delhi, though the parking can be a real headache sometimes. We do event work and entertainment stuff, which basically means our phones never stop ringing. It’s a lot of organizing people, booking performers, and making sure the venues are ready. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. It’s just work. We spend a lot of time in meetings, but not the fancy kind with PowerPoint presentations. It’s more like sitting around a table with a lot of tea and trying to figure out how to fit everything into a schedule. Crayon is just a name we liked; it doesn't have some deep meaning. We’re just a group of people who are good at keeping track of details. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with flyers and contracts everywhere. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. We handle things as they come. If there’s a problem with a sound system or a performer is running late, we handle it. That’s just how it goes in this business. We’ve been in Vasant Vihar for a bit and we like it here. It’s central enough for us to reach different parts of the city without too much trouble, usually.
