Cqstm (Creative Quality Solutions & Training Management)

Our place is in Sarojini Nagar, specifically Quarter Number 118 in Block-H. It is an old government housing area, so the buildings have that specific look. Cqstm is what we go by, though the full name is Creative Quality Solutions & Training Management. It is a bit of a mouthful so we just use the initials mostly. Being in New Delhi 110023 means we are right in the middle of everything. The market is close by, so it is always lively around here. Our office is basically a converted residential space. It feels more like a home than a workplace, which is fine by us. We have some old wooden desks and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we have not gotten around to it yet. We spend a lot of time here planning things out. There is a big tree outside the window that keeps the room a bit cooler during those harsh Delhi summers. You can hear the birds in the morning before the city noise really kicks in. We do not have a receptionist or anything fancy. If you knock on the door of Qtr 118, one of us will just come and open it. It is a very low-key setup for Cqstm. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay organized in our little corner of Block-H. It is just a simple, practical workplace.
